8. If you meet some people you do not feel ''alright'', RUN!!!!!
9. Eat ice cream, seriously, life is so short to pretend you don't like ice cream

1. If you go for sunbathing, put on suncream
2. Use what is good for your skin, No need to choose the famous or expensive one, just listen to your skin, follow their feeling
3. Stay near the nature, flowers, sands, tree, sky, they are free and always here to make you smile.
4. Sleep. Sleep can heal everything, it is a God
5. Some exercise is needed, so you can do more what you want to
6. Love your body, face, hair, if you do not, do something instead of complain or sad
7. Drink enough water, if you do not feel well, possibly because of lack of water
8. Take a longer shower, flush out all the emotions when you are washing up
9. Sweat, good for your skin and mood
10. LAUGH HARD, go to Youtube and find something silly, laugh out loud
